Revelation Dance has 3 different studios to accommodate our classes. The studios all have wood floors for all styles of dance. The front desk is where we take payments and can answer any questions you may have. Please refer to our hours if you want to come to the studio when there is someone at the front desk.

Enrollment

All students, Parents/Guardian must complete a registration formand Liability Waiver, pay registration fee and first month’s tuition before starting class. A non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 is required along with the first month’s tuition, and tuition cost is based on the amount of classes enrolled for Fall/Spring sessions.  There is a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for summer sessions. We will only prorate students’ first month’s tuition if starting after the first class of the month.

This waiver must be signed bys tudent or Parent/guardian to observe/participate in a class as a "FreeTrial".

Withdrawal

All accounts must be current before withdrawal can occur. Any student who wishes to drop a class must submit a written notice to the front desk 30 days prior to stop date. (If the student is under 18, parent must send a letter). Any student who wishes to re-enroll within the same studio year must start completely over and pay the minimum $35.00 registration fee. Any student who withdraws is not allowed to makeup missed classes after the withdrawal date. Please contact front desk for special circumstances due to injury, etc.

Tuition and Class Cards

Tuition is paid on a monthly basis and remains the same, regardless of the student's attendance or the amount of weeks in each month. Tuition is due on the first of each month and a late fee of $25.00 will be added after the 10th. There will be a fee of $30.00 for each returned check in addition to any other fees. Please know that you will not be sent a monthly statement, however, you will receive a notice if your tuition is not paid in a timely manner. Revelation Dance Studio reserves the right to remove a student from class if their account becomes more than 3 months delinquent.

Class Cards are only available to Adults (over 18) and only available for use in adult classes. Class cards must be purchased in quantities of 1, 5, 10, and 15. Class cards will be recorded according to attendance.

Class Changes, Make-ups and Tuition Changes

Students are allowed to change class schedules at any time, and all adjustments will be reflected in tuition at the time of change. Any class schedule changes which involve an increase in tuition must have the difference paid at the time of the change. We will not give refunds for decreases in schedule, but instead apply the difference to the next month’s balance. All changes must be made in person and by the parent/guardian if the dancer is under 18. Missed classes can be made up in any level appropriate class during that same week, as long as tuition is current. We do not give any refunds, so the Student or guardian must notify the office if they plan to do a makeup class. This will ensure that the student is not charged for the makeup class.

Holidy Closings

Revelation Dance Studio observes the following holidays: Easter, PISD Spring Break, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. We will post our Holiday closings in the lobby. Prorating does not apply to holidays.

Safety of Students and Belongings

We strongly suggest only bringing necessities of dance to the studio. Please do not bring valuables, money, or jewelry to the studio! Revelation cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, but we will have a lost and found bin. This Lost and Found bin will be cleaned out monthly and we are not responsible for items taken out of or thrown away out of the bin.

Dress Codes

Dress codes are left to the instructor’s discretion, and dancers will be excused from class if they are not in proper attire for their specific technique.

Indemnity Agreement

I agree to read fully and sign the “Studio Policies and Liability Waiver” and to follow these policies at all times. This includes while participating in a "Free Trial" class and/or observing a class.

In consideration of the acceptance of me or my child’s registration for classes at Revelation Dance Studio, I hereby expressly agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Revelation Dance Studio, Studios, agents, directors and employees from and against any loss, damage, claim, cause of action, attorney’s fees, and expenses that could or may result from injuries sustained on the premises of Revelation Dance Studio, or while participating in an off-the-site event sponsored or supported by Revelation Dance Studio, including but not limited to any performance, contest or Recital.

I have read, understand fully the Registration Form, Indemnity Agreement, and the “Studio Policies and Liability Waiver”, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained there in.

Fenton "F Troop" Fulgham

With over 30 years of choreography and dance experience that has taken him around the world, Fenton “F Troop” Fulgham has earned the reputation of being one of the finest Hip Hop choreographers in the industry.

His dancing and choreography career had a jumpstart in 1982 with his performance on the hit television show “Dance Fever.”  Then after creating his own dance troop he coordinated and choreographed fashion shows and industrial shows for local and national companies and department stores including Dillards, Three Sisters, Hard Rock Café, Swatch Watch, Miss Sports Car USA, televised Looking for the Body USA beauty pageant, General Motors, Hamilton Beach Products, Ford Motor Company, Herdez, and Pepsi Cola Company.

Fenton gained recognition early through his choreography and dancing with music artists such as William Hall, the leading Michael Jackson impersonator in Japan and New Zealand, famous singer/actress, Lucero, in Mexico and Latin America, and Latin singer Angelo, ex-member from the group Menudo.  He has choreographed everything from cancer benefits to stadium concerts at Universal Studios in Los Angeles or Bally’s Casino in Las Vegas, to the Orange Bowl with Selena and John Secada.  These tours also included famous artists Ricky Martin and Paulina Rubio, and his extraordinary shows were seen in cities all over the world.   Fenton’s choreography was aired on the television show, “Gimme the Mic 2004”, “Lifestyles”, or in Master P’s 3D animated music video, Souljas.  And most recently his dance teams and singing artists have opened shows for BBMak, B2K, IMX, Choppa, Mario, O’Town, Da Brat, Monica, Aaron Carter, Jump Five, and Jo Jo. 

Following his instructional video, “Hip Hop You Don’t Stop” released in 2000, Fenton went on to release a series of hip hop instructional videos “Off Da Hook”, “Off Da Hook Kidz” which features Disney actress and singer Demi Lovato, “Off Da Hook F TroopStyle”, and “Off Da Hook Hip Hop Aerobics”.  Featured on Amazon.com and distributed world wide, these videos have led to his travel to Asia for master classes at the exceptional Jitterbugs Swingapore in Singapore.

His talent has earned him opportunities for performance and entertainment at many half time shows for San Antonio Spurs, Atlanta Hawks, Dallas Mavericks and in the 2004 Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving halftime show with Destiny’s Child.  Fenton continues developing new acts for singing artists such as Carly Patterson, 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist; and providing dancers and entertainment for local up and coming artists at fundraisers, city festivals, charity events, corporate events and private parties.  He has been awarded for best choreography in recent national dance competitions and his dance teams have received highest honors and national titles.

South and Central America, Asia, and Europe are among the many places around the world Fenton has traveled extensively, dancing and choreographing for international singers and entertainers.  His dream has always been to share his passion through his own studio, and in late 2007 that dream was realized.

After years of preparation, Fenton opened Revelation Dance Studio in Plano, Texas and it quickly became one of the most exciting dance studios in the area. Fenton continues to develop outstanding dancers and performers with an ever changing style that is unique and inspiring to all people.

Caitlyn Sanders

Caitlyn Sanders has been dancing for 11 years and teaching for 6 years. She is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Minor in Dance.

Her competitive training began with the performing company at the Dallas Power House of Dance and then went on to dance for the competition team at The Centre for Dance, where she was Dance Captain. She has been trained in jazz, ballet, technique, hip hop and contemporary. Caitlyn has been trained by many well-known dancers such as Marty Kudelka, Justin Giles, Roger Lee, Kim McSwain and Dee Caspary. Competition has always been Caitlyn’s passion and she has earned many individual and company awards at competitions. She received scholarships from Adrenaline Dance and JUMP. Her scholarship from JUMP brought her to New York to train for a week and then perform in the JUMP Finale. Caitlyn has also been trained in cheerleading and won first place with her squad from Jesuit College Prep at the 2005 NCAA Nationals. After high school, Caitlyn moved to Los Angeles where she attended college and was signed with Bloc Talent Agency. Caitlyn attended numerous auditions and booked a few shows and even got to do a music video with Paula DeAnda, but she found that after a few years of auditioning that her true passion was in teaching. She began to teach at Legacy Dance Academy and started teaching the dancers in the competitive company as well as choreographing company group dances and solos. Caitlyn currently lives in Dallas and enjoys teaching and performing as much as possible!
