Our talented instructors teach all styles of dance for ages six to adult.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

HIP HOP

A dance style where you express yourself in a variety of different movements.  These moves include ticking, popping, locking in addition to lyrical and creative movements, isolations and level changes.  It’s fun and modern for all ages.

Beginner Hip Hop Ages 6-9
Intermediate Hip Hop Ages 8-12
Advanced Hip Hop Ages 12-16
Advanced Plus Hip Hop All Ages 5+ Years Experience
Adult Beginner Hip Hop For Adults to Learn Hip Hop and Choreography

Hip Hop Aerobics is a non-stop exercise class that incorporates hip hop moves and dance.  It’s a great aerobic workout that’s lots of fun!

TECHNIQUE

The basis of all fundamentals of dance, from holding your body correctly while performing, to executing skills properly in a routine.  Technique can always be improved.


CONTEMPORARY/LYRICAL

Utilizes all styles of dance and is a more innovative style.  “Lyrical” is an expressive dance usually requiring strong emotion, it is a combination of ballet and jazz.


JAZZ

A very energetic dance style which include leaps, turns and quick foot work.  It helps with grace and balance.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A class that will increase strength and stamina to help in all areas of dance.  Get ready for a great workout!
